My car is a 1994 Lexus ES300 with 125,000+ miles on it. I would say it is in good or fair condition, the leather seats are cracking badly and it has a few scrathes, etc. I'm just wandering if it is in my best interest to repair this car or for it to be totaled out. The estimate for repairs in $3500.00, which could always go up once repairs start for unseen damage. I'm just not sure the car is worth repairing for that amount considering its condition. The damage is to the drivers side rear panel which is now rubbing something when I turn either way or go over any kind of bump in the road. The estimate does not consider repair for that since that could not be seen by looking at the vehicle. They are also saying the paint can't be matched perfectly because of the fading caused by sun and weather over the years. With everything considered my resale value is not good. I am buying a car this week with the Indian Licence and would like to get the advice on cheap insurace I can get in MA. I came here recently and in the process of getting MA licence and will drive the car with Indian Licence and International Driving Permit.

If you have AAA auto insurance?

Have you received a rebate? I am thinking of changing my auto and home insurance to them. They are not much cheaper than my current provider so I was reluctant to change, especially my home owners as I have heard it is not wise to switch home owners insurance in California. Anyway, the guy at AAA said they give back a rebate at the end of each year for 5%-7% of your policy cost if you do not have any tickets or accidents. I have searched to see if this is in fact true or if it is something they use to get you to sign up and then for some reason not qualify for it. Just wondering if anyone who has the insurance has got a rebate before or if anyone has heard of this? Thanks

For my first car accident i had only had liability, the car was counted as a total loss!! I got no money back for it!! &&My second car i had full coverage on it because it was a brand new car. But i had recently got a DUI, but when i went to court they didnt count it as a DUI, just a car crash. It was also a total lost but my insurance company had given me all the money back! ...So im just wondering how much my insurance is going to be when i am able to start driving again in september!!
